How do we pack the products?
We take care of Sanitizing each and every piece ourselves and proper precautions are taken. We try to be as environment conscious as we can, that is why your packages are carefully created with sustainable and compostable packaging and with a lot of love.
How long does it take to ship my order?
It takes us 2-3 business days to process your order. We try to process your order as fast as we can so you can receive your special goodies as early as possible. If your order is taking longer than this to process we will notify you and keep you updated accordingly.
How do I make changes to an existing order?
Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it.
What if I put in the wrong shipping address?
Don't worry Just write to us at naturallytimeless.blog@gmail.com attaching your order id within 24 hours of placing the order and we will try to help you out make the necessary changes. If the order is shipped then it won't be possible to make the changes.
When will my order arrive and how do I track it?
You will get a mail on your registered email id that your order has been shipped and all the tracking details would be mentioned in the email itself. It usually takes 5-6 days for the order to be delivered at your doorstep once its been shipped depending upon the delivery partner.
